Cultural development, festivals and events, Sport and Recreation, Arts and Museums, Libraries and Community Centres, Parks and Green Spaces, Police and Fire scrutiny, 20 Minute neighbourhoods, Community safety, Community and Locality planning, Community Councils, Community empowerment, Community asset transfers
