The City of Edinburgh Council’s Pride in Our City programme is carrying out an enhanced cleansing service on a ward-by-ward basis.

NTBCC doesn’t deliver this work ourselves – it’s led by the Council – but we want to make sure the worst problem areas in Edinburgh New Town and Broughton are clearly flagged to them.

We’ll use your responses, alongside locations we already know are problematic, to create a matrix of hotspots for each of the problem categories covered by the programme. This will be sent to the Council’s Neighbourhood Environmental Services team to help guide their action.

We cannot guarantee that every issue will be addressed – action is at the Council’s discretion.
The more specific your location details, the more useful your input will be. Include street names, numbers, landmarks, or “what3words” locations if you can.
All questions apart from the simple quiz and your email are optional. These two questions should ensure that most responses are from humans.
