The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has announced plans to close its existing offices at Dundas Street/Fettes Row and relocate staff to its headquarters at Gogarburn, Edinburgh. RBS is therefore proposing the redevelopment of the site for residential led mixed use development.
RBS is hosting a community consultation exhibition regarding proposals for land within its ownership at Dundas Street, Fettes Row, Eyre Terrace and Royal Crescent, Edinburgh. Click the graphic to see the full-sized invitation (PDF).
RBS will be holding a series of public consultation events to inform the emerging proposals. A first drop-in public consultation exhibition is being held on Thursday 24th September at Broughton St Mary’s Parish Church, 12 Bellevue Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 6NE between 3pm and 8pm.
All are welcome to attend to learn more about the proposals and make your views known. The series of public consultation events are being held in advance of the submission of a Planning Permission in Principle application to City of Edinburgh Council.
If you are unable to attend, further information may be obtained from Caroline Nutsford at GVA James Barr on 0131 469 6068 or email@example.com.
If you wish to make comments on the proposals, feedback forms will be available at the exhibition or you may do so in writing to Caroline Nutsford, GVA James Barr, Quayside House, 127 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG. Comments should be made no later than Friday 2 October 2015.
