Edinburgh Bus Users Group – Annual General Meeting

The following is an extract from an email we have received from Edinburgh Bus Users Group regarding their Annual General Meeting which will be held on Thursday 19 June at the Quaker Meeting House,  7 Victoria Terrace, Edinburgh. The meeting which will start at 6.00pm is open to Members and Non-Members. If you are interested in improving the bus services in Edinburgh, do go along to support their efforts.

The formal AGM business will include:

    • Approval of the draft minutes of the 2024 AGM. (linked here
    • Presentation of the Committee’s report for the year. (linked here)
    • Presentation of  EBUG’s accounts for the previous year. (linked here)
    • Edinburgh Bus Users Group Constitution (May 2025 Draft for Approval) (linked here) with Summary of Changes to EBUG Constitution (linked here)
    • Elect a Committee of up to 11 members.

This year we are introducing a new element to the proceedings: a bring and share session for good bus practice from elsewhere in the UK or abroad. The best examples will be recorded and published on our website, and may be used to lobby the Council, Lothian Buses and the Scottish Government. Please come prepared!
